Breakfast

Fruit and Waffle Breakfast Kabobs

Serves: 4

Ingredients

Canola Spray Oil

4 Peaches, Diced

1 Tbsp. Pure Maple Syrup

8 Slices Bacon

16 Mini Waffles, Thawed

Directions

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with foil, and put a large wire rack in the center. Coat the rack with cooking spray. In a bowl, toss the fruit with the syrup.

Thread the bacon and fruit onto eight-inch wooden skewers.

Adjust the ingredients to leave two inches of empty space at the ends of the skewers. Put the kabobs on the rack.

Bake fifteen minutes. Remove from the oven and flip the skewers. Thread mini waffle onto either end, and drizzle the syrup juices over the kabobs. Cook until the bacon is done and the waffles are golden, around ten minutes.
